Our Policies

  • We require a face-to-face fitting with our audiologist for all Resound, Starkey, Siemens, and Unitron hearing aid products. No exceptions.
  • We offer face-to-face follow-up assistance for the life of the hearing aid(s) in our Washington DC location. The fitting fee is non-refundable.
  • Warranty information: Limited warranty covers any mechanical malfunction that occurs under normal usage as described in the formal warranty of manufacturer. Warranty includes a loss & damage warranty with a $250 deductible.
  • We offer a 45-day trial period on all hearing aids. If within the 45 days you return the hearing aids you will only be responsible for paying a $50 (per aid) re-stocking fee.
  • We include a free 8-pack of batteries with the purchase of a pair of hearing aids or a free 4-pack of batteries with the purchase of one hearing aid.
  • All hearing aids are shipped second day air. Batteries and cleaning tools are shipped via U.S.P.S.
  • We offer free shipping to all orders over $40.
  • We have an audiologist available to review test results to ensure you are getting the best product for you.
  • We offer free reprogramming of the hearing aids if you are having any problems. We will ask the right questions to ensure we are able to fix the problem the first time.
  • We do not recommend that you buy hearing aids for children on the internet. We believe they need the face-to-face attention from an audiologist.
  • We require an accurate test in order to properly program your hearing aids. We do not accept online hearing tests as an audiogram. Please see a qualified professional to get your hearing tested.
